Sarav Patel, president of Marlex Pharmaceuticals, runs his company with a simple philosophy.

That attitude has landed the 48-employee, New Castle-based producer of generic and specialty pharmaceuticals on The News Journal’s list of Top Workplaces three years in a row. This year, the company won the award for small business leadership.
